This lovely little ensemble was sold by Sears Roebuck & Co. and has their own label inside. A stream-lined and lovely sleeveless sheath dress with black embroidery on the bodice, with it’s own matching jacket, but in contrasts of black on white.
I have several dresses of this basic design and will show a couple more of them soon. It was a very practical and elegant style that could go almost anywhere. Think of how a little hat, nice bag and gloves would dress it up.
Now, imagine dressing like this every day . . . . . . .
